Any movement counts: aerial yoga, mat Pilates, walking, gym, stretching, flow.
One full hour or divided ... you choose.

No strict restrictions. Just nourishment and presence.

Every day, share one thing you appreciate about your body.

A grounding moment to reconnect with yourself.
Daily Recap on Social Media (Optional but Encouraged)
Share your day on your stories a beautiful way to build consistency and inspire others.
Your Goal
Begin the challenge with one measurable, realistic goal, such as: Lose 2–4 lbs Reduce bloating / 1–2 cm off waist Improve flexibility (touch toes, deeper forward fold) Fit into a specific dress or jeans 8,000–10,000 steps, 6 days a week Choose a goal that feels meaningful to you.
